By using FriendlyShower, you are expressly agreeing to the following simple rules.
The Terms of use for FriendlyShower are very simple. We have a slightly different set of terms for the following groups of people:
Shower Organizer - a person who is organizing a shower for a friend, relative or yourself
Shower Owner - the person who receives all the awesome gifts.
Shower Contributor: a person who is gifiting a Gift Pack to the Shower Owner
Everyone: Regardless of who you are, the following rules apply to you
Do no evil. You will do nothing that will harm the site, it`s users, or any of its partners in any way. Be reasonable, do unto others as you would have others done to you.
Do not use any automated programs to access the site.
Do not use the site for anything illegal in your city, state or country of residence.
Do not post any indecent material on the site, such as pornography or lewd items.
We reserve the right to charge a fee of up to 10% for each Gift Pack purchased. This fee is to help run the site, and hire the people who will do the grunt work of buying and shipping all these awesome gifts to their destinations.
Shower Organizer/Owner
You may create a shower, collect gift packs from friends, and have those gifts sent to you at any valid US address. At this time we do NOT support non-US destinations.
You can cash out your funds at any time, just use the check out button
If for whatever reason you decide to refund the gift packs and call it quits (no idea why you would ever do that ), contact us. If no actual products have yet been purchased, we can refund everyone. However, there is a fee for this. That fee will depend on how many total gift packs your friends have actually bought.
Returns: If you get a product shipped to you and want to return it, no problem. Contact us to let us know. Please see our "Return Policy" for more information.
If you want to refund someone`s gift pack to you, you may do so before the funds are used. There may be a small fee involved

Shower Contributor:
When you buy a gift pack, you are contributing towards the purchase of the products in the Shower Owner`s registry. This is very nice of you and remember, those who give never lack :)
Once you give a gift pack, you may ask for a refund ONLY within 24 hours of the transaction. After that, the transaction is non-refundable, unless the Shower Owner decides to issue a refund to you
You agree to give only what is your money and do so as the law allows. Do not rob Peter to gift Paul. D`oh.
